I live in Lethbridge with my husband Edward. I was born and raised in Claresholm, Alberta and enjoy all the beauty and diversity this area has to offer. In my spare time I enjoy spending time outdoors; camping, hiking, snowshoeing, canoeing, boating and photography. My husband and I love to travel and explore new places.
EDUCATION & CAREER
In 2008 we had the opportunity to relocate to New Brunswick where I enrolled in a 2 year Massage Therapy Program offered at Eastern College in Moncton, New Brunswick. I knew at once I was going to love my new career choice and haven’t looked back since. Following graduation I worked with an excellent team at Atlantic Sport Massage and managed a clientele of sports enthusiasts, chronic and acute conditions and motor vehicle accident cases.
My husband and I were presented with the opportunity to move to Scotland in 2012 and we accepted this new adventure. There I joined a wonderful team of Physiotherapists at County Physio where I treated a range of clinical and rehabilitative cases. After seeing the positive results of acupuncture at this clinic, I trained and obtained my Medical Acupuncture Certificate in 2013.
In 2015 we made the decision to “come home”. We have settled in Lethbridge and I’m very excited to start the next chapter of my career – working for myself in my own clinic. I enjoy the diversity and variety that my massage therapy career has given me. I see all types of people, of all ages with all types of conditions, so I am continually learning and obtaining new skills as I treat these cases. Not one treatment or case will be alike and that’s what keeps my career refreshing.
I feel very fortunate to work with people along their journey to better health and would welcome you to be in touch if you have any questions or would like to book a session.

‘Outstanding therapist. Really sad she’s moved from Haddington as she gave me so much support and help with my shoulders and hip. Such a genuinely warm and caring approach, going above and beyond to help you… Our loss is most definitely Alberta’s gain.’
